SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Orders over $120 (before Tax), Free shipping via Canada Post. ***Private shipper will be used for delivery in Sincoe county, Toronto and GTA.  Please do NOT select private shipper if you do not live in these areas***

  2. EHB  will ship within Canada and USA only.

  3. EHB offers local pick up at Tottenham mall, if customer sends a message for a meet at ExqusiteHairAndBeautyEHB@gmail.com 

  4. Shipping cost will be presented automatically, during checkout, customer is allowed to choose preference.

  5. If a product is out of stock, EHB will notify the customer by email.

  6. All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. (If the order couldn't ship out within 3 business days, EHB will notify the customer.)

  7. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the merchandise is shipped.

  8. All orders are delivered expedited by Canada Post within 2-3 (Ontario) 3-5 (other provinces) business days after the merchandise is shipped.

  9. Cancelation has to be done before shipping. Otherwise, cancelation requests will be processed based on the return policy.

  10. There will be an extra shipping charge if the package has been returned to EHB due Customer's mistakes. (eg. Incorrect address, recipient information)

  11. Original Shipping cost will not be refunded for orders which have been shipped out or returned due Customer's mistake (eg. Incorrect address or recipient information)

  12. Due to difficulties in air delivery, we will not deliver to the following provinces.

  13. Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut

Return POLICY

  1.  Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, brand new, and not open or tampered with (must have original seal).

  2. Final Sale, Clearance, items are not returnable/nonrefundable.

  3. Exchange, a refund request must be made within 72 hrs from when the products are received.

  4. The original shipping cost is not refundable. (If it is our shipping mistake, the full cost will be refundable.) 

  5. If there are any signs that the products are used,  any return request will be denied.

  6. Delivery failure caused by the customer's mistakes will incur a re-shipping fee to the customer, and if the customer wants to get a refund of the order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  7. (e.g. incomplete address, wrong information of the recipient, etc.) 

The following under no circumstances are returnable. <Manufacturer defects are exception>

  • Wigs.

  • All unsealed hair & Skincare products.

  • (e.g. Bottle, Jar, Spray, Pump, and Tube type products, which are unsealed).

How to get exchange or refund

STEP ONE

*Detailed explanations and pictures will be required for processing exchanges or refunds.

STEP TWO

Once your return request is approved, please send all items back to us.

*Return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

Errors or misprints

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered. EHB reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, as permitted by law.  If a customer’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase, will issue the customer a full refund immediately due to the error correction.
